Why IHA was formed?
There is an urgent need to address the issues faced by the Indian honey industry today and in the future. These can be raised through a unified platform to get the maximum benefits for the maximum members. Together with India and International experts, the members would continue to collaborate to improve the current practices of sourcing, testing, packaging etc. to ensure that India honey is amongst the most preferred globally.
There was an urge to form a body for addressing the issues faced by the industry & brands today and in the future by being a unified voice of all members.
